The residential estates of the area of Vista Lakefront offer spacious, well-designed and meticulously crafted homes to suit the distinctive and discriminating tastes of its owners. Already in Vista Lakefront are three residential estates, namely, La Posada, Marina Heights and Victorianne, all of which are inspired by the bohemian lifestyle of San Francisco. By the lake will rise commercial retail hubs. To complete the massive development is healthcare and education centers.

Vista Lakefront also offers a unique combination of security and seclusion while providing unparalleled access into and out of the development. It can be accessed through the Sucat interchange from the South Luzon Expressway Skyway, the orange line of the Philippine National Railways, once the station which is under reconstruction, is rehabilitated; the C6 Road, otherwise known as the Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway, which is currently under construction to decongest EDSA; and a newly opened direct access to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Manila Bay area via the SLEX.
