Lakefront Sucat

Lakefront: The Next CBD On The Rise
Located at the center of the Sucat Interchange Vista Lakefront is a thriving multi-community development on a sprawling 60-hectare property that will contain 14 unique and meticulously planned mixed-use development areas. Each one was designed to create an environment that is responsive to a variety of distinctive lifestyles and discriminating tastes. And of the 14, six have already been built.

Already in Vista Lakefront are three Residential Estates namely La Posada, Marina Heights and Victorianne, all of which are inspired by the Bohemian lifestyle of San Francisco. La Posada offers luxury homes featuring simple yet distinguished facades, flat canopies, bay windows, roof shingles, and bracketed eaves. Marina Heights offers elegant and spacious homes reminiscent of San Francisco’s waterfront districts. Victorianne draws inspiration from the infamous Postcard Alley to create dollhouse-like homes.
Two Residential Condominium developments complement the Residential Estates. The Marfori is a high-rise, low-density residential condominium with a spectacular view of the Sierra Madre mountain ranges and a 180 degree view of the Laguna de Bay that is designed to offer “more greens than gray” with its artfully planned landscaping. A resort haven, on the other hand, Presidio is a sprawling mid-rise condominium cluster on a 7-hectare area. It is designed with the laid-back lifestyle of San Francisco’s art community in mind.
The centerpiece of the Commercial Center Development is The Lakefront Wharf. A stunning site along South Super Highway with its distinctive Victorian architecture, it is home to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a dance and music center. Concerts and special events are held regularly at the outdoor venue at the back.
Mixed-use areas are now in the pipeline to complete Vista Lakefront into the metropolis that it is envisioned to be. Areas have been designated specifically to cater to Technology ICT and BPO Centers. There will also be a separate Corporate Business Development area and Mixed Use Development and Shophouses area. By the lake will rise Commercial Retail Hubs. And to complete the massive development is a Healthcare and Education campuses.
Adding to the long list of facilities, amenities and modern conveniences that Vista Lakefront provides, it also offers a unique combination of security and seclusion while providing unparalleled access into and out of the development. It can be accessed through the Sucat interchange from the South Luzon Expressway Skyway, the Orange Line of the Philippine National Railways, once the station which is under reconstruction, is rehabilitated, the C6 Road otherwise known as the Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway which is currently under construction to decongest EDSA, and a newly opened direct access to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Manila Bay Area via the SLEX.
“As we speak, Vista Lakefront is already a thriving community – one that is growing together with the infrastructure that we are building,” said Jing Serrano, CEO of Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. “Once completed, this massive development will be the fulfillment of a vision borne from years of continuously pushing the industry standards higher and higher. Vista Lakefront is how we envision cities to develop – one that is responsive to all facets of living which ranges from making a living to building a life and enjoying what life can offer. This is the next central business district. This is Vista Lakefront and this is the future rising right before our very eyes.”
